At pussy888apk, fun and responsibility go hand in hand. We provide self-control tools, clear guidelines, and ongoing support so every member can enjoy a healthy and controlled gaming experience.
Playing on an online platform like pussy888apk should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — much like watching a movie or playing sports. However, we recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become a serious issue that affects daily life, personal relationships, and mental health.
That is why pussy888apk has developed a comprehensive responsible gaming programme. This goes beyond regulatory compliance — it is our genuine commitment to ensuring every member who joins our platform does so with a clear head, defined limits, and support available whenever it is needed.
We believe that members who play responsibly are our most satisfied and most loyal members. Your long-term wellbeing matters far more to us than any short-term gain.
Always remember: Gambling is for entertainment. Never play with money you can't afford to lose, and never treat gambling as a way to solve financial problems.
We offer a range of practical tools that you can use at any time to keep your gaming experience controlled and enjoyable.
Set a maximum deposit limit per day or week directly from your account settings. Once the limit is reached, the system will pause deposits until the limit period resets — helping you stay within your self-set budget.
Set a daily or per-session play time limit. The system will send a reminder when your time limit is nearly up, and automatically log you out when it's reached so you never lose track of time.
Need a short break? Use the cooling-off feature for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period, you won't be able to log in to your gaming account. Your account balance remains safe.
For more serious cases, you can apply for a full self-exclusion lasting 6 months to 5 years. Your account will be suspended and all marketing communications stopped immediately.
Review your game history, deposit totals, withdrawals, and betting records at any time. Full transparency over your own activity helps you make smarter decisions.
Our support team is specially trained to handle responsible gaming concerns. Reach us via live chat anytime — we're here to listen and help, without any judgment.
Using the self-control tools at pussy888apk is simple and can be done on your own in under two minutes. No need to contact support unless you are applying for a long-term self-exclusion.
Enter your username and password on the pussy888apk login page to access your account dashboard.
Click the profile icon in the top right corner, then select "Account Settings" or "Responsible Gaming" from the dropdown menu.
Select the tool you want to activate — deposit limits, time limits, cooling-off, or self-exclusion. Each tool comes with clear guidance.
Enter your desired limit value and click "Save". The limit activates immediately. Decreases take effect right away; increases require a 24-hour waiting period.
You will receive a confirmation email for every limit change. Keep these emails as your personal records.
Answer the following questions honestly. If you answer "Yes" to three or more, it may be time to speak to someone or use our self-control tools.
Have you ever spent more than you could afford while playing?
Do you chase your losses by continuing to play just to "break even"?
Has gaming started to interfere with your work, family, or sleep?
Have you lied to loved ones about how much time or money you spend on gaming?
Do you feel anxious or irritable when you try to cut back or stop playing?
Have you ever borrowed money or sold belongings to fund your gaming?
Do you feel that gambling is the only way to feel happy or escape your problems?
If you answered "Yes" to several of the questions above, do not wait. Contact our support team or seek professional help. The first step is always the hardest, but you are not alone.
We do not just provide tools — we actively monitor and take action to protect members who may be experiencing gambling-related issues.
Pussy888apk enforces a strict age policy. All new members must complete an identity verification (KYC) process to confirm they are 18 years of age or older. Our platform does not permit any underage individual to register, play, or carry out any transactions.
If we identify or suspect an underage user, the account will be suspended immediately and the relevant parties will be notified in accordance with established procedures.
Our system uses advanced analytics to detect play patterns that may signal a problem — such as sudden spikes in wagering amounts, excessively long sessions, or loss-chasing behaviour. When these signs are detected, we proactively reach out.
This may include sending in-app notifications, offering self-control tools, or having our trained support team reach out to you.
Members who have activated self-control limits, are in an active play break period, or have applied for self-exclusion will not receive any marketing communications, bonus offers, or promotions from pussy888apk.
We do not believe in enticing or persuading members who are in recovery to return to playing. Your decision to take a break is one we fully respect.
All pussy888apk customer support staff undergo specialised training in recognising signs of problem gambling and responding with empathy and effectiveness. They are trained to listen without judgment and guide members toward the right support.
Our internal policy also ensures that staff are never pressured to retain or persuade members who wish to stop or reduce their gaming activity.
In addition to our internal support, there are several independent organisations that provide professional and confidential assistance for those experiencing gambling problems.
Malaysia's national helpline for social and family issues including addiction. Operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Free and confidential.
Government hospitals across Malaysia provide psychiatric and addiction counselling services. Referrals can be made through a family doctor or directly at major hospitals.
The Malaysian Board of Counsellors (Lembaga Kaunselor Malaysia) registers certified counsellors nationwide. Individual counselling sessions can help you understand and overcome addictive patterns.
Local support groups for those struggling with gambling addiction. Sharing experiences with others who understand your situation can be tremendously helpful in the recovery process.
Gambling problems do not only affect the individual — families are impacted too. Family counselling services help everyone involved to heal together.
Contact our support team directly via the in-platform live chat. We are ready to help you activate self-control tools or direct you to professional support resources.
Important: All assistance you receive through the organisations above is confidential. Seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. The sooner you act, the smoother your recovery journey will be.
